I recently joined a tariff “O2 Free M” with young people option. But I did not know that I need to send some certification to prove that I am in a student’s course.
After some time, I got an email of rejection of a discount because I am 29 and did not send any document proving that I am a student. So I searched and uploaded my student’s ID on the O2 website.
On the website, it said that it will take 3 days to work out but I did not received any email yet.
The payment day is 10th of Jan so more money than I expected will be transferred tomorrow.
What can I do in this situation? Will it be better to visit O2 telecom center in person?
And would I take my money back later if I am proved as a student?
