Hello, I have problems with my account in O2 because the last 2 invoices that I paid in the O2 office in Kassel with cash, maybe, are well registered because always when I enter to the customer page the system said that I have a balance pending and it shows the total amount of 2 months and yesterday I complete the payment for April.

Somebody from O2 could help me with this?.

So your bills are still showing as open and unpaid?
Were you issued invoices in the shop that you have paid accordingly?

Hi @o2_Jessica , so, in My O2 there is still show the message that there is a pending amount to pay but in the last 2 weeks when I went to the office to pay, I went with the data showed in the MyO2 app and the person in the office enters the data and in both cases she applied a little amount for my delayed payment (this is ok). So, as I paid the 2 last invoices, I don’t know why the system still showing that I have problems with that. I’ll appreciate so much if you have the chance to help me out with this.

I have just checked - a payment was received yesterday and your account is therefore balanced (your contracts). The display in your My o2 area may be slightly delayed until everything is displayed normally again.
