I signed up for a new contract with iphone 13 pro 256 gb sierra blue phone on 22nd of Feb on the o2 website.
I received the papers and sim card via post to my home address.
My phone was supposed to delivered maximum by 3rd of march 2022, yet the status doesn’t even change. It seems preorder still. I called the call center by waiting an hour on the hotline, she just said it will be delivered for sure but nothing else.
Please help me resolve that.
