Dear O2 Customer Service,

I am writing to express my concerns about my O2 Prepaid M Pack. It appears that I was charged for a phone call I made yesterday, even though it should have been covered by my prepaid plan. Additionally, I attempted to add funds to my account but encountered difficulties and was unable to complete the transaction.

Could you please review this matter and help me ensure that I am not being charged incorrectly and resolve the top-up issue? Thank you for your prompt response to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello @alperenavsar,

when and via which way - bank or atm transfer, pay pal or via SMS or another way - did you try to recharge your prepaid?

Are you already registered in Mein o2? There you can see your Einzelverbindungsnachweis (EVN), where your charged connections are listed.
