hello o2 team,



me and my father got your o2 free M Tarif with phones in Juni.

This month we get our second bill and with my bill is everything ok but his bill is 154€ and this must be mistake because he only use internet and 30 min for calls in EU.

Can you please check what is going on.

Hello o2 team,

 

So I contracted two lines (Free L Tarif) with @o2de last week to benefit from the 50% discount on the second line. Now you bill me the 100% price of both lines and the price of the full month (!), no matter that it I contracted the lines last week! I contacted you via twitter and it seems that there is a mistake regarding the discount (it hasn't been aplied).

 

Could you please help me with this issue?
