I activated my sim card and I got welcome sms, but I cant activate prepaid plan S, all the time I have a message

Bestellt, Bedingung für Aktivierung noch nicht erfüllt

I called customer service but they didnt help me, here also nobody want to answer.

Sometimes the activation takes a little while. Have you already restarted your mobile phone with the new SIM card?

I did, I can make a call and send sms, but I cant activate prepaid s plan… I have this message under prepaid S

customer service said... thats not normal and I shoud try to activate my sim card one more time, and I tried  but I cant because sim card is already active.


I activated my sim card on saturday night, and my wife also activated her sim card at the same time when I activated mine, her sim card working ok, there is no problem but I still cant activate prepaid S


So after more than 30 hours I still cant use my phone, sms and calling working but prepaid S I cant activate. There is some problem...


And I have 20eu, more than enough to activate prepaid S (12.99eu)


Its not problem to wait 3 or 10 days, the problem is that I dont know what is going on, customer service said uh thats wird, and thats all. I dont use my phone to play games, like some kid, I need phone so I can do all what I need to do through the day, like all grownups nowdays.

Finally my sim card is activated, definitely slow process, should be faster. Thank you
