Hi.

I have a huge problem with using Xiaomi 13t pro. It's a nightmare to use this sh*t. All the time problem with GPS ( searching all the time) , aplication not working good, no notifications (sometimes they are there, sometimes they are missing). I can't get specific help anywhere. I called Xiaomi for help and they keep suggesting restoring to factory settings and uninstalling some updates. I bought a ready-made product and it's a nightmare for me to constantly mess with my phone so I can remove it. It's not fair and I would like to give this thing back because it doesn't do its job. Having paid almost €1,000, I expected a functional phone, but I was terribly disappointed. Continued use is like torture, you will continue to struggle with these problems. M.go for almost 3 months, I waited hoping that something would improve. Where should I report? with this problem, I am not interested in any repairs or anything like that. I want to return it and exchange it for something that does not cause any problems during use.

Problem od that i don't want idę this phone.I was resolving problems to many times and i have enough. But really thanks for your effort.


If it is longer than 14 days since you bought the phone then you won't be able to return it. You will have to send it in to be repaired if it is defective. If you then still don't want to keep the phone you could pay the remaining installments and sell it.


 I wouldn't sell this phone even to my enemy. I will try to return it if the product does not meet certain conditions. It's not my fault that the manufacturer didn't provide working software. Constantly restoring to factory settings is annoying. Thank you very much for your interest.Maybe You know where i should write with this?

As you described you have tried a lot with your Xiaomi 13t Pro to get it running properly.

Within 14 days after receiving it you can return it via the form schluej linked.

After this time you can registered it for a repair.

A reversal of the purchase of the Xiaomi is possible if it is defective but a repair has not been successful.
