Hi, 

I made a bank transfer of 10 EUR from Revolut and kept the exact information given in the message from o2 but i do not see it reflected in my o2 online page.

 

this is the worst prepaid network service i have faced in my entire life. i cannot install the mein o2 app without changing the country. i cannot easily select a particular tariff plan and recharge with a simple credit or debit card without worrying about automative deduction. the information on prepaid recharge even on the website is just so confusing. if i want to pay by a credit card, i have to recharge minumum 15 eur. this is insane. I am in a new country without a proper sim card because even the toll free number for english is charged and i dont want to spend unnecessary money to resolve something so simple as recharging the sim with the right tariff plan i want instead of paying extra bucks.

sorry to hear, that is doesn’t quite work as you want it to.

I didn’t know about Revolut until just now. Does it work just like a normal bank transfer (national) ?

Have you checked the details of the tranfer (Rufnummer + Prüfziffer) by sending a sms with “Bank” to 56656 ?

If the payment can not be conneted to an account, the system should send it back after a short time.

If that’s not the case, we can also let our billing department conduct a search for the payment.

If don’t want to switch the store, try creating a new google account just for germany. You should then be able to switch between the different accounts with just a fews clicks.

I was Not sure if I should make a new topic but I had similar thing and still credit didn't arrive.

Basically I charged 15€ my o2 prepaid through Sparkasse App on September 21st , I still didn't get the amount. In my o2 app, Revoult account is registered as the payment method. 

Don't know what is wrong but Now I can't even send an SMS and I don't want to lose one more 15 bucks.

Any help?

Thanks for your message concerning your missing top-up. 

Did you already check if the top-up was enough to compensate your minus?

Just check your credit with *101#

I just checked and it is 0,00€. It would be better to have a history of this to check what happened before. 

How can i go into - 15€ minus by the way? It looked  To me, the amount I recharged didn't arrive at all.

thanks for your reply. 

The last top-up of 15 € was on the 20th September. We charged you for the pack “o2 My Prepaid M” that was prolonged on 9th September. 

We still need another top-up in order that you come into plus. Only if you come into plus your direct debit will be activated again.

Thanks for your help. 

As you suggested, I refilled again and it's working. 

O2App should somehow show these transactions more transparently. Very confusing if you don't know German.
