It may also have been transferred to your customer account from Postpaid. Wait for the next bill, then you would see it.

as @Vilureef has already written, the amount should be transferred automatically when both are running with us.

If the money is not there on the next invoice, then I would use the form again, as it is stuck somewhere then.
