How to convert prepaid contract O2 to postpaid contract

Hello @Ahal80,

you have two options: You can order the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) either during the order process of your contract or afterwards in "Mein o2".

The MNP from o2 prepaid to o2 postpaid is free of charge.

Thanks Alex. I don’t see any option to apply for postpaid connection in My O2. how do I do it?

Just select your favourite tariff on the o2 website and order it. You don’t have to do anything in the “My o2”interface of your prepaid contract.
