Hi,

 

I had lost my prepaid O2 sim card. I ordered a new one with same number on Jan 23rd 2023. I got an email saying:

“We hereby confirm your SIM card order for your o2 contract. In the next few days you will receive the SIM card at the address of your choice.”

On 25th I got another email saying:

You have ordered a SIM card for the phone number 49xxx. The new card is already on its way to you.

 

I still haven’t received the SIM card. I was told it takes only 3-5 working days? I am unsure how to trace the card?

Hello @ss123 ,

Welcome to the community.
That the sim card has not arrived yet is not so nice. However, we had a pause in delivery until 30.01. Therefore, I assume that the sim card was shipped after that.
Has this perhaps arrived in the meantime with you?
Your postal address is also still correctly stored in your customer data with us?
