Prepaid sim card not working

I bought a prepaid sim card for €9,99 that’s supposed to have 1,5GB. I activated the card successfully on the 21st Jan but now the card has stopped working today. I’m unable to call or use any data.

I checked my balance and it’s €0,01, is that why it’s not working? I thought the package I bought included the data, so why do I have to top up to be able to use it?

As I can see the My Prepaid S package is already activated.
