Prepaid recharge bill


My Prepaid recharge is already done for Current month ( Apr 2020) still its deducted bill one more time for April month. How can this transaction be reverted?

If you go to the following page (https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/) , you will see “Übersicht der letzten 6 Monate” (Overview of the last 6 months):. Click on it and then a window will open. Please upload a screen shot here as well.

I want to get ensured as there is already recharge done  by me for 9.99 euro for the month of April 2020, I don’t want the amount deducted again by direct debit .

I will require recharge now in next month. 

As in here on 2nd april and 3rd april since the recharge was taking 5-6 days to reflect, I did direct charge online . so I want only one recharge for April for 9.99 euro .

 

So additional deduction of 10 euro is not required for me, Please revert it if done.

And while recharging next time, is there any option to use previous balance of 4.81 euro ?

Do I see it correctly, that you do not want the option “o2 my Prepaid S” to be prolonged again in the month of May? Then please go to Mein o2 and click on the button “abbestellen” after you have found the option “o2 my Prepaid S”.

 

According to your wish, I have already cancelled the automatic deduction from your bank account.

 

As long as the card is not deactivated, you still can use your credit of 4,81 €.

Sure, I will help you to change your plan. You just need to deactivate your package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack M”. Please use this link: http://g.o2.de/pre-optionen Under the same link you can activate “o2 my Prepaid S”.

Thanks Tobias! I have changed my plans 2 times once on 29/8/20 and unsubscribed it today and activated newPrepaid S one today let me know how the charges will be deducted .

You have just received a credit of 5,84 € for the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack M” that you have cancelled already. 

 

This means that your tariff “o2 my Prepaid S” is now activated. Congratulations! :relaxed:
