Goodmorning,

I am a prepaid costumer and I am planning to change provider soon and to take my number with me. Yesterday, I managed to release my number from the app and today I went to top up the credit in order to have the amount requested for the portability. However, as soon as I did that, I was charged with the my prepaid option renewal. I was wondering if by cancelling the option now without using it at all I will get my credit back.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I arranged everything for you. I cancelled the package, credited the amount missing in your account and barred the data usage to avoid andy extra costs.

You can now go and get your number.

Greetings

Hi @giorgiadanti

welcome to our community.

Did I get you right that you are not planning the prepaid pack or the whole SIM card anymore because you will leave with another provider?

Then I can offer to cancel the prepaid pack and recharge the missing amount. But please note the missing pack will activate the Surf-Dayflat 99 ct.

As soon as your smartphone connects to the mobile internet you get charged with 99 ct/day.

Would you please get back to us telling how to proceed?

Greetings

Yes, I can confirm I will not use the pack nor the SIM anymore because I will change provider.

Thank you very much for your help, should I cancel the pack myself or should I let you do the whole thing?

Best,

Giorgia

Hi @giorgiadanti

great that o2_Manga could be of help to you.

You already released your number.  So, you have the possibility now to inform your new provider concerning the porting of your number.

Please make sure that you still have a credit of 6,82 € on your card for the porting to another provider.

If there still remains an amount after the porting, just fill out this form: Pay-out remaining amount to your private bank-account

The whole procedure of porting your number to another provider is explained in this article:

Loving greetings,

Tobias
