Hello,

 

I want to terminate my Prepaid SIM in O2. I read the guideline and saw that I have to fill out a form and send it by post letter. 

1) Is sending a post letter the only way to get my top-up balance back? How long will the process take after sending the letter? 

2) Also, I never got to use these plans as my SIM got terminated as soon as I signed up for another contract. Do you think it is possible to get a refund on these plans?

Customer Support English: 089 66 66 30 08 1 - Support hours: We are available on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm and Sat. 10 am - 6 pm.

Delivery of the letter usually takes 2 - 5 working days. You can now cancel contracts with one click but I don't know exactly if it works for prepaid. After O₂ has received the notice it usually takes a few days but it can also take up to 8 weeks depending on how many notices the employees have to process.

Whether you get a refund I can not tell you that can only say a moderator.

It may take up to 14 days for a moderator to stop by here due to high demand for help.

I will wait for the moderator to stop by and help me solve my other inquiries. 
Actually it is these 3 plans that I didn’t get to use. (Surf-Dayflat-Voice, o2 Community-Flat, o2 Prepaid Data Pack S) 

Let me know if I can get refund for these 3 plans as my sim got terminated on 21’st of Sep and I didn’t get to use any of these plans.
