Prepaid ownership transfer

Hi O2,

I had filled and submitted the prepaid ownership transfer form to o2. Until now I have not received anything from your side. Could you check in to it and let me know the status please?

Dear @Darsh ,

unfortunately, we cannot view the forms ourselves, but only see the information that the responsible person has left for them. Please send the forms again and make sure that the details of the new contractual partner and the signature are included.

The last thing that I can see concerning the ownership of the contract and it’s transfer is from the 25th of March, where you were informed that the initial documents that you send in missed some details. Have you resend the necessary papers since then?

I am not aware of any missing details in it. I completely filled up the form. What necessary papers do I need to resend ?

There missing informations regarding the new owner and there was missing a signature as well. 😉

Hello @o2_Micha , I have filled all the information and also signed. I printed two pages separately and sent after filling it. Please check that there are two pages which I sent first one is frontal page(previous owner and current owner info) and second one is other necessary information along with signature. 

Also please let me know, filling this formular is enough or do I need to send any other supporting documents ?
