prepaid M renewal


Hello,

I have uploaded 15 Euros to my account this morning(at 7:42 to be exact). I have done this before and normally I first get a message saying my 15 euros are used. And later I get a message saying renewal was made. However this morning I didn’t get the renewal message. Unfortunately I know I won’t be able to get the support I need through phone. I am checking my o2 app but it shows that 15 euros were used and it wasn’t renewed. Is there anyway you can help me?

I just received the renewal message and wanted to let you know everything is okay now.
