Good morning!

I would like to ask you that I brought the internet prepaid ticket (M), I had topped up 15 euros and it showed error, I tried again. Also it showed this ticket has been used. However I could not use the internet since last friday. Could you please check and contact me back soon?

PS. I tied to called hotline in English, but they are cancelled :’(

does the pack now work as intented? Did you have to book it again or did the first attempt went through after a couple of days? We did have a service interruption on March, 3rd, which lasted to arount 10am - March, 4th. Do these dates match with your order?
