Hello, I would like to know if I don't recharge my prepaid card it will be disabled? Can I activate it later after the valid day, or I just lose my card?

Hi!

After each recharge, a new usage period of the card begins for further 6 months. If the credit is not topped up within 6 months, the card can no longer be used for outgoing services (outgoing calls, sending SMS oder using internet). Incoming you can be reached for a short time. If the credit is recharged, the card can be used again as normal. If the card is still not topped up, the card will be completely deactivated about 2 months later and can no longer be used.

So, if I don’t recharge my card this month, but recharge it at the next month will it still be valid?

Enter * 102 # on your mobile phone (and then press the call key).

Now the validity of your credit is displayed.

And you don't have to top up your credit as long, and the card remains active.

Keep in mind: If you have booked an option (e.g. o2 my Prepaid S) and there is no credit available so that the option is automatically extended (because you are not charging any credit), the option will be paused and the next time you top up o2 my Prepaid S reactivates automatically.
