Did you register via the link you mentioned in the period from 02.01.-16.01.24?
If you have then ordered successfully, the headphones will be sent to you in an extra package. This will happen by the end of April at the latest. You will also be informed in advance by e-mail about shipping.

Yea, quite happy with o2 for my last two (2) years, this pre-order was little strange because after I “confirmed email” there was not a single part of another communication I just got notified by DHL that something is coming, enjoying my Headphones and Mobile.

I agree with you that the communication regarding the headphones could be a bit more detailed. But if the registration period was met and the order was successful, everything should work out 
Just note that the headphones and the phone are delivered separately.
Please let us know when the package from DHL arrives
