Hello,

I purchased a pre-paid data package and I have used it about 4 months ago. Now I want to use the same data package again so, I added credit but I am unable to see option to select it. It automatically has assigned 30MB/.99. It seems to have been changed and I cant find any way to make it go back to the 19GB it was. It is costing me too much money. I want to change it back but I am unable to do so.

I need to have a data package but I am not finding any help online or by calling the helpline. (my connection is also unstable).

We will be happy to help you here. The 30mb for 99 cents is definitely the daily surf package if you have not booked a tariff. Which package with the 19 GB data volume did you always book back then, do you remember what it was called?
