Hello,
I have been trying for days now to get a resolution to my pre paid mobile plan but keep going round in circles.
i lost my phone while in Germany and bought a new one with a pre paid o2 sim for the rest of my time in Germany.
i have now returned to the US but my current carrier has advised there is a block on providing a new SIM card.
Can you please cancel my mobile pre paid plan here as soon as possible as I have not been able to get any phone support at all?
can you please confirm by releasing my number or SIM card from my device I will be able to get a new SIM card from another provider and it will no longer be locked?

This is a Google Pixel phone and I have confirmed with Google that this is locked by the carrier and they are not able to do anything about it.
Please cancel my prepaid contract asap. I have no english number to call and I am trying to get my device unlocked from O2. I would like my contract canceled asap.

o2 does not sell SIM-locked phones (carrier lock) so o2 cannot do anything about this either.
The reason your AT&T SIM won’t work could be because of a compatibility issue if the phone was for European providers and not USA providers and maybe AT&T won’t activate their SIM cards on non-US models.
Which Pixel is it and what is the model ID (begins with G)?
Hello @Archrsh,
please do not spread your request over several posts, otherwise it will quickly become confusing. I have now merged your posts.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Until then, I ask you to be patient.
Best regards
Cora
