Hello,
I have a contract with o2 with monthly payments. However due to Covid-19 I have not been in Germany for the past 1 month or more. Since we don’t know how long this situation will be and I am out of the country (out of EU in general) is there any way to put the contract on hold for a few months? Please let me know how to proceed.
