Porting without O2 app

I read some old messages and tried to port using the O2 app, but somehow the O2 app said my number cannot be registered for using the ap.

Is there any other way to port my number

have you already tried to apply for number portability via our online portal? If not, would you like to try it again and report whether it worked?
