Hello O2, we have been trying for many weeks to port my wifes prepaid Telekom number to O2 prepaid. The Telekom number has been cancelled, they have been advised we wish to port and sent letters to that effect but when I request a port through my O2online portal it acknowledges it was done but then we get no further communication about the progress or why it is not happening. Can you advise what is the best O2 contact I to discuss in English?
