Porting my number away from o2

Hi team,

 

Could you please help me porting my number from O2 to Sim.de. I have tried the above options but it did not work.

Hallo @sonika25,

if you are porting your number away from us, then the new provider is responsible for this. You’ll have to talk with Sim.de about the porting, the only thing that we can do here is to set the opt-in for the porting of the number if you wanted to do this before the end of your contract.
