I requested porting out from O2 by Jan first week, still i didnt get any feedback.

Mine is Prepaid Sim card

Also please stop the payments for Auto recharge credit also.

Did you ask your new provider to start the porting process after you asked for the release of the number with us. With the release you get a window of one month during which we’d need to receive the request for the porting from the new provider.

they said, they already requested to O2 and waiting. Also i tried to get porting PAC code by send SMS but i am not received any feedback for that by sending PAC to 4445 , it didnt worked.

  1. can you please initiate the porting and send me code also.
  1. Also can you please stop the Auto debit for my number.

You can end the auto debit via your Mein o2 login here. If you do not have a Mein o2 login yet, you can register here.

To initiate the release of your mobile number for the porting you can contact our hotline 0176 88 85 52 82 or our live chat as the colleagues there can send you the neccessary one-time code.
