Porting declaration (release of the number by O 2 ) required

As I see in your data, you already ordered the release of your o2 prepaid-number. 

Please contact now your new provider and order the transfer of your number to the new provider. The porting will be charged with 6,82 €. So, please make sure that you have this amount as credit on your card. 

After the porting has been finished, you can transfer the remaining credit of your card to your personal bank account. Just fill out this document: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung
