Portablity issue

If you like to port your prepaid-number to another provider, just follow this instruction, in order to release your number: 

Please make sure that you have a top-up of 6,82 €. After you released your prepaid-number, please address your new provider for the porting of your number. 

If you have still a remaining amount after the porting, just fill out this document: Pay-out remaining amount to your bank-account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account.
