Can you please release my pre paid number to portability to another provider, please? I cannot do this by app, because it always brings me to the website and I don't have access to the option to ask for the portability number. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and it didn't work.

Log in beforehand with your phone number.
Nobody does that here.
