I would like to port my o2 number to other provider, could you tell me what I have to do?

Thanks for your request.

 

I just have released your prepaid-number. The number is now ready for transfer to another provider.

 

You can order now the porting of your number at your new provider.

 

Please make sure that you have a credit of 24,95 € on your o2 prepaid-card. This is the fee for the porting.

 

If you still have a credit on your card after the porting, please use this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung
