I have left germany before this pandemic got any worse.

I was unable to cancel in person an a o2 shop.

I was unable to mail the documents to Germany as I am now in Canada becuase post to Germany has been suspended.

I tried faxing to your fax number but it will not answer and I am unable to fax over the documents. Your fax number is not working (01805 571 766*). I have tried with the international area code as well with no success.

You have no online solution NOR do you have any english support and your hotline will hang up if i try to cancel over the phone.

Your processes do not allow me to cancel my mobile phone contract and as a result its still active.

I would like to cancel my mobile phone contract Immediatly and resolve my business with your company.

Hello @kev7 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you wan to cancel your mobile contract prior to the nominal date the department that works on this needs further information. You will find further information in this document.

According to the information here a letter to germany should will still be accepted.

As soon as all required documents arrive the department respnsible for this will have a look into this and you will recieve an answer short agfter.
