Hello,


as part of the Planet Blue program, I wanted to hand over my Huawei P9 phone (which I bought at O2) in an O2 Shop (O2 Tauentzien) on Saturday, but I received the information that I can only validate the offer when concluding a new contract, I can only enter into a new contract to put the price of the device in, I don't get cash for it. There is no such clause on the O2 side.
I would like to know in which store can I drop off my Huawei P9 phone to pick it up and get cash for it, as advertised by the Planet Blue program?

Nice that you wish to support our environment. I only regret that you were not successful in one of our shops.

It seems that the salesman in the shop only knew about the procedure that you give your old phone away and immediately buy another one. 

But you also have the possibility to give your old phone away and you get a certain amount as transfer on your personal bank-account. 

Would you like to try it again with the same o2 shop or with another o2 shop in your area?

i will try again to hand over my old phone in the same store and get money for it. If I run into a problem, I will show the salesman this conversation between us. I hope there will be no more problems in the store.
