Hi Everyone,
Last month 27th of November i ordered a phone with a plan and i received it on the 29th. I have it activated via the Hotline same day. So until today the simcard that they sent me is not yet activated so I cannot call, text and surf. I have not reload my prepaid sim yet because I am waiting patiently and the problem is, it’s been 5 or 6 days already and still the sim card is not yet activated, still no Service( The simcard O2 team). One more thing, before i got into my last order, I have previously ordered and cancelled 2 plans. So I also received another 2 simcards. This made me confused more since i cancelled those already. I hope someone here in the community could assist me or something.
