Ping Spikes on Hotspot

Hello,
Recent days i’ve had problems with my ping, I have been using my phone for hotspoting over an year right now and this problem is new for me. I have very high ping spikes, sometimes it’s 32ms sometimes it goes up to 1000ms which is unplayable. I’m using my tethering hotspot for gaming which requires a stable connection. This is a new problem and i hope it would get fixed, the phone I’m using is an S21 Ultra 5G, an 5GHz connection, i’ve made sure i’m not installing anything in the background or something like that. And still, spikes each 5 seconds, in the midnight it goes away, but i cannot do my work and gaming during the night. Please try to fix and I’m waiting for a response.
