PIN and PUK - Phone locked

Hello, I lost my PIN number and my phone is locked. I do not have access to the site because I never used it. How can I unlock my phone?

Hi @Murilo,

welcome to the o2 community!

Since you have access to our community, you can sign up with your phone number for your Mein o2 account.

Once you’re in, you can access the Tarif & SIM-Karte section and choose SIM-Karte verwalten, there you can find the PIN and PUK of your sim card.
