Hello, my sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times. I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2. 

 

I can't solve my problem via hotline as I don't speak German. 

 

Can you help

me?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We can’t help you directly by telling you the PIN or PUK here, but if you have registered your number to mein o2, you can find both of them there. And if that fails, then calling the hotline as poales advised is a good alternative.
Have you already gotten the information that you need for your simcard?
