My mobile was stolen. Have not been able to get it blocked my SIM. The web portal doesn’t work. Hasn’t in last 3 days.

Have you tried the app? What exactly doesn't work with the customer portal?

If online doesn't work then you should phone the hotline.

That is unfortunate that you have lost your mobile phone.

Could you call our english hotline via 089 66 66 30 08 1 to have your SIM card blocked?

What happens when you are trying to open your customer portal? Do you get an error message?

Does the hotline need to be dialed in from an O2 carrier?

Hello @azzyrus,

if you have a contact e-mail address deposited in your customer account for us, you can receive a one-time password via e-mail even when you are calling from a different number. If our regular hotline is not active, you can have your SIM card blocked via our emergeny hotline 089-6666 300 44.

Have you tried a different browser and/or erased history and cache and tried again?
