Hi.
I had a 24 months pixel 7 pro contract with o2 since June 2023. Yesterday (13.10.2024), my mobile phone was stolen in Germany. Now i want to terminate my contract and I don’t exactly know the policy for this. The franchise stores are not helping since I ordered it online and the hotline is asking for the customer number.
The problem is I checked all the emails I received at the time of offer and there were no customer number or contract number written. There were 5-6 different pdfs related to Data protection, contractual laws etc but no visible contract number etc.
I also need to disable my SIM which is an o2 prepaid.
Now I am really helpless right now and with no phone, I really have limited accessibility.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
