I ordered an iPhone through the website on August 8, the money was deducted from my PayPal account, but after that I still haven't received any response.
Now what should I do or how to track my order?

Do you already have any other contract with us and also receive mails from us there? Else maybe the emailaddress that you’ve entered had some form of typo in it and that’s why you aren’t receiving anything.
