phone order

ordered a phone and paid deposit into o2 customer account.  But its been 8 days now  havent received the phone and no order confirmation from O2 or transaction confirmation

I regret that you did not receive any messages by e-mail. Are you sure that you gave us the correct e-mail-address when you ordered the contracts? 

 

I just had a look. You ordered the iPhone 12 128 GB the first time on 14th December 2020 and the seconbd time on 5th January 2021. Unfortunately, both orders were internally rejected together with the tariffs. 

 

Normally, we inform our new customers by e-mail. Did you also check your spam-file?

 

If you like to know the reason for the rejection, just send a letter to the following address:

Please indicate in the letter your first and last name, your complete address and your birthday-date.
