Already registered my new number but I cant use my old number how can I transfer?

manage under contract, you order the number portability of the prepaid number.

There is no option to do that. I cant find it.

release your phone number and, if *JA*, request that your phone number be ported.

I try to do what you taught others but it doesnt work and i cant find that page.

i try to proceed the process to release my phone number in my o2 page but i cant find it. 

Currently it doesn't work in the o2 app. Go to the prepaid chat and have the phone number released there.

You must be logged into the customer portal with your phone number before using the link to the chat.
