So i booked a contract on s21 ultra today from samsung.com, There was mentioned that i can transfer my old phone number to this network and will get 100 euros bonus, but i couldn't find any option during the order process, can it still be done?

as much as I know is that offer only for contracts 

made directly at O2. 
But that’s my knowledge only.

I agree to @witti. Where exactly did you order your sim-card?

If you ordered it by one of our e-retail-shops or by Media Markt or Saturn, then you will have a chance to get the discount of 5 € for 20 months. 

Just make sure that the porting of your number is done within 4 weeks after the activation. 

Did you already register at “Mein o2”? You find here an instruction: 

Afterwards, you have the chance to port your number to o2.

Thanks for detailed answer. As you can see it was mentioned on the deal that i will get €100 bonus. Then I contacted O2 support on twitter and they told me that i will get bonus if i port my existing number from alditalk to o2 after looking at the deal.

 

Then after his assurance i went on with portability request from alditalk to o2. After that a fellow from o2 told me on Facebook messanger that i would only get bonus if i would have ported a number which was previously on contract for at least 3 months not prepaid one. 
 

I just recently ended my contract from mobilcom after 2 years. I could have easily gone with that number in the porting process. If that was the cases but they misguided me. Now what’s the solution? If i would get in the current scenario or can I change the number in portability request?

I regret the confusion about the 100 € change bonus.

According to the screenshot, you ordered the tariff “o2 Blue All-In M”, right?

I just checked everything, but to your disappointment, I have to admit that the 100 € change bonus does not apply to the tariff-line “o2 Blue All-In”. I think that Samsung advertised it wrongly. Perhaps it is a good idea to ask Samsung concerning this deal. 

So, it is not the prepaid-card, but the wrong tariff that hinders you to get the 100 € bonus.

I really regret, but as this offer does not come from o2 directly, I cannot help you. 

Perhaps you still manage to cancel everything at Samsung and to order one of our Black deals directly at o2: Black Friday-deals 

I wish I could tell you something more positive.
