Phone invoice

Hello, I've purchased an iphone from you a few years ago. I need to get its screen fixed but they told us we need the invoice of the device and we don’t currently have it. Is it possible for you to send it to me?

    Hi!

    The phone was directly from o2? An o2 my Handy contract?

    You can get a duplicate of the bill by letter. The fee is 2 euros. A moderator here in the forum will ask you in the coming days for your data and if you agree with the fee.
