Phone Delivery Problem

Hello,

I want to buy iPhone 14 Pro Max on O2 online shop but there is one thing I would like to ask.

I wrote my home address for the delivery but I work and most part of the day I am not at home. Do they deliver my package to one of my family members if I am not at home when they come for the delivery? Or is it possible to order my package to one of your O2 shops?

Could you help me or give me information about this problem?
