Hi, i recently made a contract with o2. My phone should come at my adress on Saturday but due to poor visibility and without name on door bell, Dhl turned back my shipment. Other day mobile card came with DeutschePost and i activated it. What i need to do right now to get my phone back. 

? You need to cancel the mobile contract and then order everything again.


But i already activated sim card


That doesn't matter as long as the contract wasn't concluded more than 14 days ago


can you help me a little bit more and tell me where to cancel my contract. thanks for answers


You need to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with your request to cancel the contract. You do not need to send the SIM back.

What exactly did not success`?

Did you sent us a cancellation via widerruf@cc.o2online.de`?

The confirmation of cancellation can take a little time before it arrives.
