Have you looked at the invoice? This shows exactly what you were charged for.
I could not see the reason. Maybe not stated maybe I could not find it. How can I know it by other way?
You can post the content of the invoice here (remove any personal details first) and then it will be possible to tell you what it says you were charged for.

As you see in the invoice that you sent here as screenshot, the amount of 2 invoices were charged additionally to the return debit fee of 4,00 €. We could not deduct the amount of 8,49 € on 29th March 2021.
Good that you already payed the open amount on 27th April 2021. The next amount will be of course only for one month again.

Again i have problem and now m totally frustrated ok let me explain you . I buy phone and sim card on contract the 1 euro payment is done the another 4.99 payment is done . 13 October 2021 is my phone bill date but i didn't see anything in my online bank account you didn't send any message or invoice that this day we take money or you didn't take money yet.
Is it any problem with my bank account ?
And it give me more trouble?

Now m totally frustrated by your service. I have issue with payment ok let me explain you i bought phone and sim card on contract i payed already 1 euro for booking on 12 October 2021 they took money 4.99 euro for some charges but today is my phone bill date and i didn't get any invoice by o2 in my bank account i didn't see any details in my bank account because if i am charging for something my bank account show me the payment details and they show me this date you have to pay this amount to this account but right now i refresh my bank account many times but they didn't show anything
Now please tell me this is any trouble with my bank account?
Or with my payment method ?
If u can't take money then what i have to do
