payment in one invoice

Hello,

I am trying to get an answer here, as your phone customer service is a nightmare. I have been hung up on so many times whenever I ask for english help, and I have been passed back and forth between various departments.  Last friday I spent almost 4 hours, got hung up on 4 times, and passed 3 times between departments - I am not kidding.Its really shockingly bad! So, my contract has been terminated (from my side) and will now finish end of 2022. As I am no longer in Germany and using this sim, I want to receive one bill (for all the remaining months), pay it and close the sim card. Please advise

Do you know the special conditions for cancelling your contract due to 

Moving abroad

Therefore you need some proofs you left the country for good and we will arrange an extraordinary cancellation.

Feel free to check. 

Getting back to your question with your final invioce. Only the purchase contracts of o2 My Handy (device only) sum up an total amount by an early cancellation. If you keep the mobile service alive until the regular date of termination you can calculate the outstanding monthly basic charges and transfer this amount at once. We will take the monthly fee out of this credit. 

But please take a look at the early cancellation because you just have to pay three basic charges in advance and that’s it.
