Hello,
I hope you are doing great and in good health.
I need some help, I was trying to recharge and o2 app gave me an error that the payment failed but it got deducted from my bank account. What should I do in this case?

I was happy to check on your charging for you. Unfortunately there was a return debit from your bank, so we couldn't debit the amount.

It should actually be back on your account. Otherwise, please clarify this directly with your bank.
