Hey there!
Last week I saw my December’s payment being returned because of some random problem.
I received an email that provided me with some instructions to how to handle the situation.
I transferred the amount to the provided IBAN as well as my customer number, but today I received an SMS that said it’s not been received yet & my connection would be cut & stuff. Anything I should do, or do I just have to wait?
